Tell you what... compared to any other apartment/townhome company; this is the one to be a part of. I'm writing this because I've had such bad luck in the past, especially with Woodlake Village Apartments! Nina was a fantastic leasing manager, and while we miss her, the management is still great...

MAINTENANCE ROCKS!

I never had to wait long for anything... I've had ceiling fans replaced, oven repaired, circuit breaker replaced... When I mistakenly told them my outlet in the laundry room was defective, they did what they could before politely letting me know my dryer must be shorted to ground.

IF there was one thing I'm a tad disappointed about, then it's that the landscaping service cuts the lawn on Tuesdays and I can't enjoy the lawn on weekends 'coz the grass is too high.

The pool is great, although it should be No Smoking... My wife and I have left with our child minutes after arriving 'coz smokers smoke five feet from the pool. The pond is good; we enjoy feeding the ducks. The tennis courts have good nets! (Hard to find in any apartment complex.) Lights for night games would be nice, though.

The homes themselves are sturdy concrete and brick. Ceilings slightly higher than usual, with a small but well organized kitchen. We live in a two-bedroom, and it's unusually nice to have two bathrooms! (Upstairs and downstairs!) There's just enough closet space. Some of the fencing needs to be repaired, but they get to it in a somewhat reasonable timeframe. It's just the dang kids and teens that keep prying pieces off. Parents should be responsible for the damages; maybe they'll keep an eye on their kids. I've got my camcorder ready to catch the punks. (All XMAS last year they kept climbing over the fence in our back yard.)

Anyway... all in all, I'm going to give it a 5, because it's the best I've lived in so far.
