Alot of caveats while breaking the lease

The staff were so good untill the day I announce i wanna break my lease. In a 7 month lease,I was about to break the lease in 4 months,but I end up paying rent for all the 7 months. The apartment staff named " Cassandra" .Please be cautious with her..... She will be realy friendly untill the day u said ,u wanna break the lease...
Please be cautious.I had $3000 loss ,becuase of her.

You cant just break a lease and expect no penalties. Just like you cant go buy a car and then take it back and be like "I dont want it anymore." You have a contract and it cant be broken, because the company now looses money!
