Nice but overpriced

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001
 
Been there for two years, one bedroom apt. Price is just too high for what you get. Cable is included which helps, but price has gone up three time since I have been there. Was paying $610 when I moved in, went up to $640, now going up again to I think $660.
