When I moved in here, this place had class. They were very selective of their tenants and the apartments were well maintained. But over the past three years it's really gone downhill. Maintenance is pitiful, the doors are moldy and the outdoors lights are broken. Fire codes are violated and neighbors can park any old nasty car in the parking lot. Cops are frequent visitors here.

They used to pay for the cable, which made this place a bit affordable. But now they won't pay, so the rent isn't that great. Yes, this place is the cheapest in Suntree, but you'll pay for that by living in the Suntree slums. The walls are thin, the appliances falling apart, the carpet stained, the water heater breaks constantly and the air conditioner is right outside your bedroom window.
