I was surprised to see these apartments rated so high. I've lived here for over a year now, and this is probably the worst complex I've lived in. I've lived in a total of 4 complexes so far in my life. Like I said, this is the worst.

They are over-priced. I pay at least $200 more a month for nothing. If anything, the apartment has more problems than others I've been in for less. Things in the apartment do not work, and the maintenance guys just talk their way around fixing things. Or they do a "quick fix" and it breaks again a few months later.

The grounds are kept pretty nice, but there are always lights out. The best thing has been parking. There are always places to park, but I think that is because there is always vacancy here. That is probably the best indicator of a good apartment complex. If they are always looking for tenants, then something must be wrong. This place always has the "Now Leasing" sign out front.

Noise has gotten worse each month. More and more muscle cars and loud trucks have taken root here. You can also hear more cars driving through the complex blasting their stereos late at night.

If you want to be over-charged for a barely average apartment, then this place is for you. It may be slightly lower than other apartments in this area, but is that really worth it' You get to live in an economically "upper class" area, but you have sub-standard living.

Look elsewhere first. Only look to rent here if you have no other choice. And hopefully you will only be needing a short term lease. Because if I would have been able to stay here for only about 6 months, I would feel a bit better about it. Forget a long-term lease here. Not worth it.

Had you not posted your opinion anonymously I would be able to address your concerns with you, I encourage you to come speak with me personally. You may be paying a higher rental rate if you moved in 2 years ago. The housing market has certainly changed in the past 2 years. By watching the news or turning on a computer anyone can see that the market has declined. We have had to adjust our rates to be competitive with the market. Our company offers a "Service Guarantee" so if ever you were not satisfied I would urge you to mention that when we follow up on the service request. (This is done with EVERY service request that comes into our office.) If you notice a light out please be a good neighbor and inform us. As for our "Now Leasing" sign out front, nearly every community has one out, even condo communities that did not do well with the sales, due to declining market; have "Now Leasing" signs in front of their communities. I will keep the sign up even when we are 100% occupied. Every community has a vacancy at one time or another, however we have an occupancy rate of 95% and that is much higher than most communities in our REGION. The parking availability is not due to vacancy; rather ample parking places have been provided. As I said above, since the management got the most important part removed, the management supports racists going out and calling the children here dirty little N*gg*rs.... This happens to be important to the review.... management shouldnt be trying to cover this up... rather they should have done something about it when the police were here. UP YOURS PLANTATION CLUB! You racists... grow a pair...
