Before you settle for plantation club consider some other place. What you pay here you can absolutely rent a house some were near by this are, Granted that here they mow the lawn for you but the bigger benefits that you get out of renting a house is better than plantation club. Considering that the market is going down and every other apartment complex is lowering there rental prices plantation has manage to stay pretty pricey. I have lived here for 1 year going on my 2nd and my last. The price that I pay for a 1 room and a den is ridiculous for the amount 800 that I am paying I expected allot more. The apartment that I am currently living in is in MAJOR need of remodeling the cabinets are old and scratched up they might be the originals since they opened also the appliances are old and dinted but the staff at plantation club claims that they are new and only a few month s old. ( I am not stupid and hopefully neither are you) but when your appliances look like they went down a flight of stairs and they look like they have weather Katrina there is no way that you can persuasive me to think differently that this appliances are old and need to be replaced. I have a few friends that also live at plantation and there apartment are just as bad as ours. When maintenance is called they are slow to fix things and if they do decide to replace something that you claim to say is broken they will replace it with an older appliance. It seems like the motto here is don t get new recycle!! Also they shouldn t have a car washing area because there is a resident with a BLACK HONDA PILOT that parks in the car washing area every day ( Its not even a parking spot) God forbid if the lady that drives the Honda pilot had to walk a few extra steps to her front door. So make sure that if you want to wash your car that you do it any were between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm because any other time the SUV will be parked there. The parking lot floods when it rains the people in the area are extremely nosey. When faced with a problem make sure that you do it your self other wise it will take weeks at a time for something to get done or fix. Things are not done in professional timely manner. The staff such as Kelly, Melissa and Penny is great people. Plantation club is absolutely not the best keep secret in suntree there is much improve that needs to be done to make this place better, New cabinets, new appliances and a few modifications to the inside and out side of the building should be done to make it more appealing and give it the suntree and viera feel (Richy upgraded feel) and most important make it feel like what your paying is worth it.

Totally Agree..... Buying a house is a much better deal, and cost about the same.... especially now days.....

I agree with you! Omg you took the words right out of my mouth there is so much better out there. This place has nothing to offer ME. I mean I am not expecting something on a platter but how about showing some appreciation to the people that have decided to stay longer. You don???t know the hell I have been true here and the management. I think I will post a blog about this sharing my bad experience. I THINK people need to know that this place is a place to run away from not towards it. I am sorry to say but I don???t know what my was thinking back in 1998 when he stayed here. This is the reason why I made my decision to move here because my dad recommended it so much. Maybe back then it was worth it. But this is not the case now!
