After reading some of these comments that people have posted I can t hope but to notice that I was not crazy! I thought that maybe my standers were a little too high and this is the reason why I was so dissatisfied. I am reaching the end of my lease I called and spoke with -----s to see what promotions they were running for residents that are already living here. -----s was clueless and did not know what they were running at this time. She did mention that they had 50 bucks if you recommend someone but to be quite honest that is nothing. I asked -----s to please have the manager contact me and still I have no received no response. I think this is for the better because it made me re think if I wanted to stay here another year. I do not wish to continue making plantation club my home. I have gone to search for a new place and I was successful and I found another high end apartment that has new appliances and things that actually work. I have a few problems with plantation let s start with the appearance of plantation.



1. The inside of the apartments are completely out dated. The kitchen looks like they belong at the Hampton greens. They are broken old and chip! The appliances are old they don t work and when you call maintenance to come fix them they take forever to show up, and when they do decide to show up they tell you that there s nothing wrong with them when in fact they are broken. I pre wash my dishes before I stick them in the dish washer and they still come out dirty. I advice them about this problem and I was told THAT THERE IS OTHER IN PORTANT THINGS THAT MAINTNACE WILL GET TO ME. They never came. I am still waiting for them to check out the dishwasher. There s no pride here. What I can t seem to understand is why can t they come and take care of my problem but yet they have time to ride around in their little golf carts with their feet up catching the breeze... This is the professionalism that plantation offers there residents. I am sorry but this is a slap in the face! You might as well tell me Shut up and deal with it. I remember that they were remodeling apartments but they stopped because my friend got an updated apartment and they looked better! I was considering moving to another unit so that I can get an updated apartment and I dint have to deal with everything here that is BROKEN AND OLD. This is the last year that I am staying here I am not having my friends come over take a look at my place and tell me that I am paying way to much! It s embarrassing!



2.Two, Like I said I called -----s a few times and left messages but still no response I guess I am not really wanted or welcome here since they never returned my call s I guess Plantation club thinks that since they have me lock down for 1 year for the lease that they are going to treat me the way that they want, But this will cost them a resident because by doing this you shot yourself on the foot I can t wait till my move in date is here so that I can start my new life at my NEW APLIACE AND NEW PAINT APARTMENT.



3.There are other things wrong with this place. This place is becoming loud you have cars blasting there music when they come in. old cars are left park out on the parking lot months at a time. The guy that lives at the building next door is always walking around with their golden retriever dog without a leash and I can never take out my dog when his around because I have had issues with his dog attempting to bite mine and succeeded (The plantation Staff saw his dog attack mine and dint move 1inch to help me) The owner of the dog dint say sorry and nothing has been done about this. The guy does it still without any consent of others. People with Thug cars are moving in and with that there is problems there s about 3 cars with rims that live here but they look very suspicious to me even the manager at plantation drives a car that looks like it should be pulled over at the streets of university St, there is also old cars that are loud because they are so old like 5 months ago there was a drug bust here. This place is seriously becoming Hampton green or Sunset Trace Apartments...I hope you see what I mean and where I am coming from. Is just that there s allot of things here that don t work The Jacuzzi Don t work most of the time. Every time I have gone to the pool the Jacuzzi has been broken. What s the point of paying for what you re not getting' Plantation needs a turnaround!!! The staff needs to be more professional and more knowledgeable and remodel all apartments and lower the price!!!!! Residents should be fine if not obeying the leash law and picking up after your dog and keep your music DOWN!



Sorry Plantation club you lost another resident This place should not be in this area is not up to standers and it does not blend in with the rest of the are in a very bad way. It s like throwing the Bronx in the center of God s country.

I completely agree, I have had numerous complaints about my neighbors downstairs. I attempted to talk to them, the first, second and third time. 3 strikes your out in my book. I called the police the next time, when the girls and their friends were hammering a dart board on the porch at 3am. The police did not complete a report. I notified the office and informed them there were residents living there for several months that were not on the lease. The friends of the 2 residents did not care about anything, yelling obnoxiously waking my other neighbors 4 year old child. After documenting these occurrences and forwarding them to the office ,I was given a choice to move to another apartment; as if I were the one causing the disturbance. I ask how does this make any sense that I am being punished for attempting to sleep during normal sleeping hours. Yes, we were all young at one time, but had respect for others. My mistake for signing a fifteen month lease to get 3 months free. I would have rather paid the 3 months. I also disputed a 180.00 a month electric bill. They informed me this was normal. I had FPL come out and point out several problems with the hot water heater and the Ac unit being dirty. I had to argue with them for a week before replacing the hot water heater and cleaning the Ac unit, which in fact was not cleaned properly. I plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
