I must say that I agree with the last 2 post. I have been here for 5 years now. I am really considering moving if it was not such a trouble to move but I think I will make the time to find another place because YES everything here is old but with that said there should remodel and update ALL Appliances. I also noticed that the last few people that had something negative to say have said that the staff at plantation club is nice. From what it looks like the service has never been an issue. But like all things is not WHAT YOU SAY BUT WHAT YOU DO. They are nice and sweet when you go down to the club house to talk to them but I don t know there process but once you leave the place is like they clean there hands with the issue and forget about it. Maybe they just say that they are going to do it and put on a show for you to make you think that they care. There have been many times that I have called for maintenance calls and they show up 1 week later or don t show up at all. There are too many things wrong with this place once management changed over it got worse and worse! I do not agree with the last post that post sounds like something that someone from the office wrought to save face, just because you call to get something fix does not make you a bad tenant if you are paying out the behind for JUNK that breaks every other day or it doesn t work they should come and take care of there tenant they should do whatever they can to fix the problem so that us tenant stay longer but instead they do the minimum they never go above and beyond.. I don t think these people are cry baby s like you said I think that they are people with concerns that plantation failed to fix I think its there right. I think the people that should reevaluate them self is the maintenance team and management because it seems like the problem is being generated from the staff at plantation and yes I have seen the maintenance team relaxing just about every time that I have passed by them on my way to work.. I hope that you don t think that I am being a cry baby or that I am a bad tenant...I don t bother anyone I have always paid my rent on time and I think I am a good tenant just because you rather live with broken and outdated problems and because your standers are low it does not mean that everyone else should do the same. This is just my opinion and what I think so who ever wrought the last post don t go against the grain just because you can t stand the fact that this people are speaking the truth. Yes this place has character it reminds me of a trip to my grandmothers house run down and old. I support there opinion 100% Plantation club is a mediocre place.
To anyone who is considering to move here know the truth and read the negative post because in fact allot of us are faced with this issues but maybe would get lucky and things might work half of the time of your stay here.
