OF MY LIFE. THEY TRICK U WITH THE 2 MONTHS FREE AND THEN ONCE U MOVE IN THE NICKEL AND DIME U FOR EVERYTHING U HAVE. THAT MANAGEMENT HERE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. MELISSA AND KELLI AND HORRIBLE HUMANBEINGS IF U CAN EVEN CALL THEM THAT. I HAVE NEVER DELT WITH SUCH RUDENESS, AND UNPROFESSIONALISM IN MY LIFE. NOT ONLY WILL THEY TRY TO CHARGE U AND THEN ADD FEES ON TOP OF WHAT THEY ORIGINALLY SAID THEY DON'T COME OUT AND FIX ANYTHING. WHEN I MOVED INTO THEY APT THEY DIDNT EVEN REPLACE THE CARPETS OR ANYTHING. THERE ARE STAINS ALL OVER THE BATHROOM FLOORS, ALL OVER THE LIVING ROOM. THEN TO TOP IT OFF WE HAVE RATS LIVING OUTSIDE OUR APT. I HATE IT HERE AND IM TELLING EVERYONE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. THERES A REASON ITS A KEPT SECRET CAUSE NOBODY WANTS TO LIVE HERE. IF A HURRICANE EVER DOES COME THIS PLACE WOULD BE BLOWN DOWN IN A HEARTBEAT.

Well, obviously you must be one that doesn't pay rent on time because Melissa & Kelli are the nicest. It is funny, when you don't abide by the rules how you hate the ones that have to enforce them. The whole staff is professional and very caring. The majority of the people here love it!

I am not sure what fees you are referring to that you were not notified of because when you applied you were given a fee disclosure sheet. If you are late, you get late fees plain and simple. We dont add any extra fees. As for being rude and unprofessional, you may want to try talking to us before posting something anonymously on this site. We are here to help but if you dont bring things to our attention we cannot. We do a walk through in each apartment prior to your lease signing so why is the carpet and issue now that you live in the apartment when it wasnt when you signed your lease? I also find it hard to believe that things dont get fixed. We have a maintenance guarantee and we do follow up on all of our service requests so if the work was not done to your satisfaction you should have notified us when we did the follow up with you. When you applied for the apartment you were provided with a customer service number. However if you prefer to anonymously post untrue things rather than resolve the issue you would probably not use it. I welcome you to come speak with me to resolve any issues you may be having. If you are upset for receiving a late fee I apologize, however we strictly adhere to our lease, and we will continue to enforce the lease. Melissa

Oh lord sounds like someone dint get what they wanted so they came on here to scream bloody Marie! I am sure that there is so much more behind your story that you are leaving out. I have dealt with Melissa and Kelly Nemours times and not to mention the maintenance team and they have all attended to my needs as if I was in a 5 Star hotel. I have never been nickel and dimed, but then again nickel and diming has always been left for the phone company and for those who dont pay rent on time!!See rent is due on the first... not when your government check comes in or your un employment check clears or when you finally sell those food stamps for cash... this is the only reason why I would see that you would be nickel and dimed with late fees. Next time take a second look at the rental agreement before you singed that LEGAL paper that gives you all your break downs of all charges. Melissa is an outstanding Property manager and believes me I have dealt with a few that I wouldnt spit on them if they were on fire! Kelly has always been a sociable person and has always shown concern every time that I have gone in with a maintenance issue and the maintenance team have always responded to ALL maintenance issues that I have requested. They have always found the solution and solved all my problems... so I dont understand why youre having such of a bad time here at Plantation Club. This website is for the sole purpose to come in and give an accurate feedback and not a shady review just because you cant afford to live here...Its not their fault that McDonalds is laying off . hope that you are reading this and you see how foolish you sound.. Oh and just for the record next time that youre going to post something so bold make sure that you have the balls to put your name! like the old saying goes "You can say it but you cant name it! Eat a biscuit you will be all right and stop looking for something for nothing.

I agree with the writer, I had nothing but problems when I lived there. There are people who walk their dogs and don't clean up, people who don't even live in your building and park right in front of others apts, the office staff were rude on the phone. I went in there a few times to try to talk things over and my problems were never solved. I'm glad I no longer live there. FYI you guys responded extremely rude and harsh because someone feels that they were treated unfairly its their opinion and they're entitled to it. Also its the worst apt gym I have ever used and what is up with the hot tub, seriously.
