I do not understand either. It is quiet, staff are courteous and helpful, of course it is an older apartment complex, great area of town. Brevard zoo next door, I-95 fantastic shopping areas. What more do you want....let the staff know how you are feeling if there is a problem they will resolve it. Bad tenants are everywhere...but give the staff a chance
