I swear, it's only the people who have "issues" that ever post on these websites! If it was that bad, there would be NO ONE living here, and there are hardly any apartments vacant! I tried to get my friend to move here and they didn't have the apartment available because they are all full! Yes, there have been issues in the past, but there has just been a TON of construction and it is looking much, much better. As far as maitenace goes, they have an ew crew, and they are starting to get a better handle on things. Dog poop can be an issue with irresponsible pet owners on any property, but I am SO glad thay they take large animals! I would have no place to go with my lab if not for places like Granada Bay! The girls in the office are very sweet, they always know exactly who you are and where you live! It's not all "business" with them. They often ask about your personal life and are always willing to lend an ear when needed.

Get over it crabby people! Get a life! If you aren't happy, then move into a house!
