Property has recently been undergoing renovations...thank goodness. Former investors refused to put any money into the property, to the dismay of the residents and the beleaguered office staff. The manager, Kari,and Tracy(former assistant) do a fantastic job with what they have been given. Sugar ants occasionally, but I challenge you to find an apartment in all of Florida that doesn't have them. Just put your food up! Great location, for schools and shopping. Great office staff..courteous, approachable..and HUMAN!
