What a change! Thanks to our new staff. Our new maintenance supervisor and staff have made an awesome difference to this property. Since I moved here in January, the property lights have been up and running (down for 8 months), the irrigation system is up and running (my understanding is that it has not worked for several years), spa is working (down for at least a year), pool is sparkling clean like never before and has not been shut down by the inspector since the new staff has come on board. Hurricane damage is now being repaired. Outstanding customer service to all tenants.

Recently a new property manager has been hired with great expectations towards for the property. It is nice to see that there is a company who cares about its residents.
