My mother has lived here for a 2years, how she has put up with it I don't know. They charge a fortune in rent and you live in a dump. The water damage her unit recieved because of the hurricanes has resulted in mold always growing through the carpet and up her bedroom wall! The waterheater from the appt. upstairs from her has broken twice and flooded her storage closet and she's had to throw all the stuff she had in that closet away both times. The upstairs bathtub also leaks and the roof of her shower was about to cave in. To remedy this problem maintenance came out and poked three small wholes in the concave to let the dirty,smelly,green water leak out constantly. My mother is not a rich person, by no means, and that makes it very difficult for her to save to move. It could all be better if the staff would listen and fix the problems rather than charging the tenants so much to live in the slums. As of today i think all the "mr. fix-its" have acctually quit. I think the problems are a health concern and the health department might want to know. Maybe even channel 9 news! I absolutely aggree with the past entry about the lighting in this place also. the hurricanes knocked most of the globes off the lightposts and they have not fixed them yet. That makes a security issue.
