I've been here two years and those who've written about the problems which exist, aren't lying. It's a terrible shame because it could be a very nice community. Apparently that is not a priority with managment. They are poor in keeping up with routine maintenance and appear horrified if your request is in writing.

Simply put, avoid it. It must be a tax shelter.
