I think is about time somebody posted a review that pointed out the good and bad of this community instead of totally knocking it or sounding completely phony. As far as maintenance is concerned, don't count on anything being fixed in a timely manner. The light outside my apartment has not worked since I moved here in November (complete safety violation!!). My door knob broke so that I am unable to come in from the front, and then I found out my keys don't work for the lock on the back door. We have put in 3 requests to have this fix and ended up having to move the door knobs so I can use the door I can actually unlock. As far as pricing and the interior of the apartments, I couldn't be more thrilled. It may seem high to some people, but hey, have you looked at the prices of other communities' Now those are HIGH! Susan, the manager, is extremely nice and I think it is unfortuante that all but one maintenance guy quit while she went on vacation. However, we need to hire some more and get all of this crap taken care of!
