They are very very old. Some have been updated and are nice... some (like the one i'm in) are just falling apart. I have had so many problems living there and I have been there 5 months so far. I have had 2 leaks and the air has gone out 3x. The manager just laughed at my complaints. I want out of my lease, but they will not let me unless I pay the remainder of the lease. It's rediculous. I am concerned about mold, but they supposedly have this spray that make it all disappear!! Whatever. The management is horrible and they can not seem to keep any staff. Try to avoid if possible.
