There are major mold issues in 99% of the apartments. Most of these issues have been there since the hurricanes nearly 3 years ago. I had so many issues with bad appliances, bad heating and cooling elements bad water heaters MAJOR damage on my ceilings and existing damage when we moved in that was never fixed. What many people do not realize is the fact that about 3 years ago there was a major patch job done on the studs on most of the buildings. I was set to move in to an apartment that was condemned at the time and was quickly shown an apartment that was, the very next week, torn apart and left exposed to the elements for two weeks.
There are so many problems that they should be paying YOU to live there...since it is an income restricted property there is no incentive to fix anything, ironic isn??t it' Add that to the fact that the city of Melbourne and the state of Florida have very little in the way of tenant??s rights and you have many poor and moderate-income people being taken advantage of.

The staff and management should be ashamed of themselves for expecting rent on time yet not delivering services and repairs in the same timely manner.

My refrig smelled like "pot" and when I moved it I found a bong behind it. Tell me there aren't drugs there???
