Staff is unreliable and dishonest, maintenance is extremely slow to respond and does a half assed job, problems are only minimally fixed (occur repetatively), staff hours are not accurate (many times office is closed during business hours), neighbors are loud and apt is not well insulated so you hear everything and staff does nothing about noise complaints, electric bill is very high. Ya, a friend of mine and I were comparing Electric bills, keep in mind she has a 3 bedroom HOUSE, and I rent a 2 bedroom APARTMENT, my electric bill was 195.00 and hers was only 215.00... not to mention I work over nights, 4 nights a week so am HARDLY home... I agree!
