I am moving to Melbourne from out of state and went to look at these apts while I was in town. The lady in the office was one of the most hateful people I have ever encountered. She did not even make eye contact with me when I walked into the office because she was too busy giving orders to the maintenance man. I thought she was finished talking to him and I attempted to say hello to her, but was abruptly given the hand and a harsh "WOULD YOU WAIT JUST A MINUTE!". I should have left at that point, but I stayed a couple more minutes. When I asked for information, I was directed to fill out a card and then I would be shown an apt. I declined and left. I wasn't about to spend another minute with that rude b****. Don't waste your time here.
