I posted the I don't recommend this place... review, still, 2 months later, no one has come to check out my water damage, or the standing water behind the tiles in my shower, AND the roof under the entrance patio has caved, didn't even bother calling that in, just went in and terminated my lease cause I am concerned for the safety of my daughter not to mention the mold and the water damage on the roof that goes from one side of the apartment all the way to the other, (/cough mold) I have had a 'sinus' infection for 3 weeks and I can't help but think that the mold has something to do with it. When I went in to give the office my 60 day notice the lady told me "If you were out by the end of this weekend, that would make me happy!" What a Beeotch... I will be posting pictures soon, not only this website but to CFNews13.com and any other website I can think possible.

Well, let's see I've lived at portofino for 6 years and yes we had some damage due to the storms. The new management company has went way out of there way to fix it. The staff have always gone out of there way to help us, they even were out on the last storm making sure evrything was okay. Maintenance is always avialable 24 hrs. Whoever that person was who wrote the nasty note has not lived here long and has not gotten to know the staff. Parking was a problem until they started issuing stickers and the grounds have never looked so good. We love going and feeding the turtles and ducks. I guess you just can't please everyone, but they helped us when our income became one and let us get caught up so we didnt need to leave. We would recommend where we live to anybody.

Like this person, i've had a lot of problems and that is just the first year...problems with roof and water...and things just breaking and having them "fix it" after months...i wont recommend this place to my enemy...
