This was my first apartment, and I had very little complaints. When I did complain about a noisy neighbor downstairs or the parking situation it was handled right away by the manager or assistant manager. The office staff was wonderful they not only helped when things were wrong they actually got to know each of us! Everytime I entered the office I was called by name and they know exactly what apartment I was in. The Maintenance team was always there to help, in fact one night the head of maintenance came all the way back from Palm Bay to the apartment complex at 9:00pm just to fix a vent. The apartments them selves are very sufficiant. They are older on the outside but the community was in the process of fixing the stucco when I moved. They are spacious and well planned, not like some that I have seen where the lay out is choppy. I did have some problems with the parking there are very few parking spots where my apartment was and then there was not only three buildings trying to park in 20 spaces but the office also advertised the spots as "visitor and boat" parking! I complained about this and it was handled. The only reason I left this apartment was beacuse I got married and my husband is in school. We are currently planning on returning to the area in the summer of 2003 and plan on moving back to Granada Bay until we can buy a house!
