Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Just to let every person out there know the truth about this apartment complex it is infested with termites and carpenter ants. The owners were sent a registered letter by the zoning board to repair at least one building within 60 day... it's been 30 and absolutely nothing has been done. As for peace and quiet... I've had to call the police due to parties at 2:30 am. These apartments would be fabulous if the money paid in rent was reinvested in the community to restore the buildings.
