I don't want to leave!

I have lived at Princeton Park for 3 years, and the only reason I'm leaving is because I'm moving to Texas. This place is a diamond in the rough. They were built in 2003(') and so all the appliances are still "new". On the rare occasion I did have to call maintenance for something they were out within 24 hours. The office staff is unbelievably friendly, and not just at the time you sign the lease. The apartments are HUGE (I've lived in the 3/2 and the 1/1), come with the washer/dryer and the water is paid by the apartment. The area is safe, despite being so close to Palm Bay bounderies. When I lived in the 3 bedroom, parking was a little bit of a problem, because a lot of students from FIT lived there and would have guests on the weekends, but it's not like you couldn't find a parking space, you just couldn't park RIGHT in front of the building. (My 1 bedroom is literally in the next building over, and there is NEVER a parking problem.) Despite the obvious clue that neighbors were having parties, the building construction is solid, and I hardly ever heard them. The thing I will miss the most are the ducks. For the last couple of years there have been ducks that everyone is the community treats as their own pet. If I could take Princeton Park with me to Texas, I would!
