I have lived in a lot of apartments in my time and I have to say that Princeton is one of the nicest I have lived at. Grant it if you live on the bottom floor you can hear your neighbor upstairs stomping around and if they have their TV/Stereo on loud you can hear it. Along with any neighbors next to you with their TV/Stereo you can hear it if it is loud. The parking is ok if people would learn to park by their apartment instead of yours. The staff is excellent, better than other places I have lived at. The grounds are well kept and they have weekly bug control which is nice. There was no flooding during Fay. There was some water damage to a lot of apartments but the staff made sure they had someone come right away and take care of it all. They made sure they replaced your carpet, if needed, and sprayed that stuff for the mold/mildew so you wouldn't get it or it wouldn't come back. All in All a nice place to live and would recommend it to any one!! 10 out of 10 stars!!

I have a few questions if you don't mind answering them. I may be moving to Florida and I am interested in this apartment complex. I am wondering more about the inside of the apartments. What is the kitchen like; dishwasher, disposal, pantry, space, bar, and counter space? If you have time I am very interested. Thank you for your time.
