I lived at Regency Place for five years until my wife and I finally decided to purchase a house. I must say that this was the best experience we had with renting in our 11 years of renting apartments. In the five years that we were there it was the same Maintenance Staff who really CARED about us. This is almost unheard of. The community was always clean, well kept and the neighbors were the best. I received so many compliments from my family when they visited from out of state, on what a nice place you have. The apartment was very large and nicely laid out with a beautiful view from the patio. I would recommend Regency Place to anyone reading this. From my past experience with renting, everytime my wife dropped off the rent check, we found a new manager or new maintenance man each time we called in for service. You will never have this at Regency as the prople who work there really care about the community and the tenants.
