Contrary to what all the other reviews may say.. This place needs some help. The staff is very uneducated and the maintenance.. Needs help aswell. To ask for something to be fixed is a big joke. Reason being they will tell you are the one at fault and then take a few days if not weeks to come in and get the problem fixed. Do to the living situations, Just because of the hurricaines we have had and resulted in damage of course does not give them the reason to treat us poorly or tell us that we are in line on the waiting list. Basically stating they will get to us when they can and at their convience. Not good when u have MOLD coming out of the walls and ceilings. Ask the manager how many apartments she has gone in to see the actual inside damage.. Never once did she come into ours. Imagine that....My advice is if you are looking for an apartment please check all the other opportunites available to you.. Watch your money. Good Luck to you.

I go in and talk to the staff all the time, and contrary to what you say...they are very classy and educated. One of the girls went to FSU for her education, now I do happen to be a Gator fan, but hey...FSU is a close second. Regardless of formal education, the staff is very classy and very friendly. They are a true asset to the community...along with many other things.
