I have been here nearly a yr and plan on moving as soon as my lease is up. Office staff tends to the rude side and maintenance--what maitenance'! I have been waiting since I moved in for them to fix things for me and now that the hurricanes have come and gone I have even more maitenance issues. The privacy fence we once had blew down, and still hasn't been replaced. Not very secure anymore at all! I have ants everywhere and can't get rid of them no matter what I try and when I took off my light switch plate to change it, a cockroack came climbing out! The parking lot is in terrible shape, big potholes everywhere.
This place is ok, but that is all. For the money we pay for rent, we deserve more! We pay all our own utilities-not even cable is included, no laundry facilities on site, the "fitness center" is a joke, our appliances, although they work, are on the old side. Where DOES all of out rent money go!'
