I am a regular resident of regancy apartments. I have been liveing here for 4 yr's. Do to the hurricanes we sustaned,my apartment has mildew all around the wall's plus all around the closet wall's.
We have complained to the landlord about the problem's but were told we were on a waiting list just like everyone else....Hmmmm go figure,that's why all other resident's up in the front of the residency have all of there problem's fixed can you say,make the front of the park look neat and nice for all to see! I dont think so....Come take a look at the rest of the apartment's in the back you will see most of the damage from the hurricanes that happend last year in November. They say when money talk's b.s walk's,well in this case you are wrong if you speak your mind on problem's in the residentcy .
Like I say"save your money because you are better off looking elsewhere,this place has more problem's than you will ever believe".
For instance 1.Noise tollerance 2.putting up with other tennants (that have no right to stay in an apartment)<-trouble maker's.
4.maitiance,have no respect for us renters.If they would see what we go through with the appliances then we wouldnt have nothing to complaine about!
So like I said"Save your money and go elsewhere,you will be fine better off renting somewhere you will be appreciated and respected like a even indevidual.
