Do you understand that having 2 hurricanes in a row is not a regular thing, I can't believe anyone of you have mold in your apartments, and Regency has done nothing about it. As for the last post, if you go on Regency Drive you will see the only building on this street in the front entrance is the only building with a tarp on it. Are you Blind' All I can say is drive around Melbourne, and see other apartments, and houses, some haven't even done a thing yet. As if you have tried to get materials, you will know it is very hard to right now. Regency has fixed my patio screens, put on new roofs, is installing a new fence (which is half way around the apartments). No maybe all of the damage isn't taken care of, but no one is a miracle worker, the waiting list is so they can prioratize so those who really had damage could get taken care of first, and they did. If you think that you have mold growing and it is making you sick, why haven't you called anyone else' Have you went to the doctor' I am sure if your apartment is "green" something can be done for you to get out of your lease. I think the people who are writing these negative post are very wrong, or are the young ones who cause problems, because those are the only ones who aren't happy here, because they get kicked out, or they simply cannot pay the rent(like the one who complained about no laundry facilities, each apartment has a washer and dryer connection) go buy one, or rent one!!!All I can say is drive around Regency, look at the people who live there, they are not low lifes, they have a strict income level that you have to make to even rent here, go around at night, and see if it is noisy. I have never waited for more than 1 day for anything to be done in my apartment. I can't understand why anyone would want to put this place down, the employees go out of their way to help the residents. And if you check with the local police department as I do once a year, you will see what kind of a place this is to live. Very minimal problems.
For the person complaining about utilities not being included, move somewhere that includes them, you get ripped off by something else, and Yes Regency does include pest control, sounds like you either need to clean up, or take advantage of the free spray.
Anyone who reads these posts that live Florida knows how the hurricanes affected everyone, and any educated person(as you can tell by the spelling they are not) would know it takes time, and no one can be to blame for them. If you can't be patient and have to lie about things move out, I think if you were that concerned about your health you wouldn't be living there anyways. Maybe you should move out of Florida if you expect miracles after 2 hurricanes, or maybe just GROW UP.
