I am an retired adult..I sit on my back porch n like to listen to birds chirping but instead I hear the noise of loud cars and trucks and people makeing racket all around the complex...I came to the regancy for retirement but not with all of this aggrivation...I am 70 years old and am a grand mother and I dont deserve the treatment I am getting..
And on another note..I also have mold in my appartment all around my kitchen and in my hall way plus not to mention in my bedroom all around my window's..I have reported it to maitance and I was told I was on a waiting list...I do not like the treatment I am getting from them...Plus I do not like that we are being made to pay a higher rent fee when all other appartments are paying just a negotiable fee..when I moved in here I was paying 595.00 now I was told from a letter that I hafto pay 650.00 I am displeased...I have put up with the noise,loud car's,discusting people walking around half nude...I have grand children I am not letting them see that kind of rubbish...
So as of this date 2/1/05 I am gonna be moveing away from all of this mess n live somewhere I wont have any kind of problem...I dont approve of this place to anyone...so save ur money!!!!
