I have been a resident of Regency Place for three years, and I plan on renewing again. I don't know why all these negative posts have been written, I just love it here. The grounds are very well kept, the two bedroom I live in is very spacious and nice, the staff is always polite and helpful, and for the space you get the rent is not that bad. The only situation with maintence I've had since living here is that a couple of Saturday's ago my garbage disposal got clogged and maintence could not come until Monday, but it was no big deal. I was politley told by the girl that emergenices (i.e. a/c, heat, water) were taken care of on weekends, but everything else had to wait until weekdays, which was no problem. Sure enough, it was taken care of that following Monday. If you choose to live in an apartment, you sometimes have to deal with apartment style living. Even if you were to rent a house, you would always have something negative to say, especially with all the storms we had last year. It sounds to me like there are some people that live here, probably my neighbors, who think they are the only ones that live here...have you driven around' There are many buildings, which means there are many residents, and I feel the office staff and managers do a great job at making you feel home, and a super job at taking care of anything you need. I would reccomend this place to any decent person who would want a great location, spacious apartment, and friendly atmosphere. To be simply said...I love it here.
