For being my first apartment, it was great. Free cable. Very cleanand spacious apartments. The management was very helpful and attentive. And it's right off of US-1 so you can get to Viera or downtown Melbourne in a flash! One downfall, is that my apartment was right by the train tracks. You got used to it after a while by they also offered a lower rent if you could deal with it. Overall, I say that this community is a great place to rent.
