We moved in on August 1st, and we couldn't be happier. They fixed our disposal within 4 hours, it was great. So far I have absolutely no complaints. The only thing i don't like is the leaves falling on the car, but honestly, that happens anywhere... There are no elevators, so it's non handicap accessible, which doesn't really effect me, but for those of you who need it, keep that in mind.
