Complex is typical of surrounding area. No better, no worse. Parking is a nightmare: if you plan an evening out, good luck finding a spot when you get home. Pool area is clean, but water usually has debris in it. Definate need for more laundry rooms, WITH rates LOWER than local public laundrymat. Grounds are nice, maintained well...except for pet feces. Maintainence men are friendly and fast to fix problems. Office staff seems friendly enough, but not effective at handling complaints.
