Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004

Place is filled with out of control kids. Parties every weekend. Management joins the parties and has lack of control over the complex. Noise is continuous. Seems the police are making visits about every weekend due to fights. Semi-streaker runs thru the parking lot.
