Not sure where the one person came up with wild parties all the time and out of control kids with the police coming. I have been here a year now and not once have I seen the police come or heard a party. I'm a college student and highly value the quiet when I'm resting away from classes and work. I do not party myself and would not want to live in a place where that went on all the time. I've been in Melbourne for quite some time and this is the best apartment I've had so far. Everything is clean and I've never seen any bugs, maintenence is super fast. Staff is always planning events like discounted cruises to the bahamas. I can't think of any complaints execept maybe having to walk to my mailbox :).
