I currently live here and plan on moving out as soon as my lease is up. It's a nice place for the money. My cable and water is included in rent, which is a great deal. I live on the third floor and it was no fun getting my stuff up here. My main probelm is the noise the neighbors make. I have lived here for 2 years and one neighbor in particular as been very noisy. We have called and called and called the office and I assume they have been in touch with this person but the noise continues and nothing has changed. The walls are thin, and when we hear the neighbors going about their daily activities, it's no big deal. But when you constantly hear loud music in all hours of the night, it gets a little old. I like music just as much as the next person but I turn the volume to a respectful level. If you must have your music up to full blast, then rent a house. The only other thing is it seems a lot of the other tenants have pit bulls or other big dogs and don't pick up after them, so watch your step. Also, carry a flashlight if your walking your dog at night, I've come close to stepping on a few snakes. The parking is pretty good and the staff if friendly, but all that doesn't matter when it's 11:00 at night, you have to be up at 5:30am and your walls are shaking from the loud music in another apartment.
