The price is decent but you can get better for your money. A lot of young first renters live here. My neighbors are VERY loud at all hours. People don't pick up after their dogs. Since the hurricanes the overall look of the community has gone downhill. Walls are VERY thin. Parking isn't that great in my area. I've lived in a few apartments and this is on the bottom of the list. But I guess you get what you pay for. I'm moving when my lease is up and even considered paying the 2 months rent to leave early. My advice, if your a young college student who's looking for the cheapest place and don't care about the noise and appearance.....go for it but don't expect much.
