The former manager made everyone feel like family and this was home. This manager makes you feel like you are criminal and incarcerated. Sneezing is grounds for eviction!! She is never available to speak to and if you do get the rare "audience with the wicked witch of Rivercrest" she is rude, abrupt and just plain nasty. She lacks people skills and management skills. Her attempt at cutting the operating budget has only served to cut moral of the long term tenants and causing them to move. The result in trying maintain 100% capacity is evident by drug dealers, snotty kids, and inconsiderate neighbors. I'm moving ASAP!!!

I had dealings with a Judy Richard, who in my humble opinion is indeed a witch - she had the gall to tell me to leave when I politely asked for her managers name - This is a woman who is on a power ego trip who likes lording it over those who she thinks she does and can control.
