PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE CONCERNED IF THIS IS A GOOD CHOICE FOR YOU!!!!!!!

I lived in Rivercrest for 2 1/2 years and absolutely loved it. The staff was very friendly, very fair, honest, and loyal to the residence. They showed sincere concern about the community and went above and beyond to keep up the environment to top standards. The most ironic part was the management would be out there painting, planting, fixing up what ever needed to be done. Overall, it was an environment where a single young female, such as myself, felt very comfortable and safe. These were my biggest concerns with an apartment complex.

Unfortunately, the head manager moved on to a more prestigious job opportunity and a new one replaced her.

Things got so bad with this new lady, almost ALL the staff left behind from the change of managers, either quit or gave there two week notices. That should tell you something.

From that point, the complex went down hill. I consider myself a low key residence, but some of the things I have witnessed or heard were: Rent raised tremendously, lack of privacy (she will snoop around your resisdence and call you in the office for questioning), harassment from manager (for being a day late on your rent) or threaten you with eviction, the standard of living and the appearance decreased alot, and finally the head manager is also seemed to have a chip on her shoulder with ethnic residence (I've seen her interact with both and its true).

Again, I haven't experienced doing most of these things but I have experienced watching all these things from a distance and realized it was my time to GO, because I saw this environment go down and become something I wanted no part of.

PLEASE RECONSIDER....I have checked on this apartment complex in MARCH 2006.... and nothing has changed but gotten worse!!!!!!!!

I think I am a fair source and I can't find anything to give this place the benefit of the doubt.
