I've lived there for 2 1/2 yrs now. It got bad after the hurricanes and management changes. The newest manager is doing her best to get thigs right again and I must say she is making head way. These reviews from 3/2006 are crazy. I have never had a problem with maintnence, matter of fact they just installed a brand new AC system inside unit and outside unit. Neighbors are really nice. Unless they jump up and down, you basically can't here them. Over all it has and still is a nice experience. It gets better every month. For the money you can't complain. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
