Overall, not a bad place to live. The management staff changed just before I moved and things were starting to look up. The pool was big, but not extremely clean (usable though) the grounds were nice but the lawn areas had A LOT of HUGE ant piles. For the most part the area is quiet. But there are a few neighbors who think a cranking bass in a song should be heard all over! The laundry areas had improved a bit with new washers and dryers, but they raised the price on them. The size of the one bedroom that I had was a good size. And the eat in kitchen was GREAT!! I could have used a new fridge, but it did work well enough. The equipment room was not available the year that I lived there due to construction, but it had JUST opened up when I was moving out and they were offering aerobics classes from 6-7pm (perfect for the working girl!) I would recommend this complex to anyone! However, watch when you move out. I thought they were a bit nit picky on my walk thru, charged me for stupid little stuff.
