This was my first experience with apartments and overall I cannot complain. We lived in a 2/2 which was very spacious and really clean. Parking was an issue sometimes when other people from other buildings would take our front row parking. Cable was free which was always a plus since we could afford it ourselves. The pool was always maintained. We did have a rough start when we paid our first months rent because we paid late on a holiday but everything was straightened out afterwards. One slight downfall, was the train tracks that we lived right next to. When we applied the manager said that you could barely hear it. But we lived right next to it and heard it everytime. After a while you got used to it and I didn't even notice it after a couple months. It is in a great location because it is right off of US-1 and you can get to downtown Melbourne or Viera in a flash. Honestly, it was an overall good place to live.
