I lived here for one year, basically the price was right and included water and cable. I wasn't informed when I moved in that train tracks were practically outside my door. It was a nightmare trying to sleep with trains at all hours of the night. Judy Roberts assured me that "whom ever signed your lease documents would have told you about the train" Well, she was the one who rented unit to me and no mention of the trains were ever made. Walls are paper thin, you can here your neightbors using the bathroom! Parking is an absolute nightmare past 7 at night.
