Your not going to find anywhere cheaper for these newly built . Most if not all the units are 3 bedroom townhouses with spacious kitchens and living rooms and 2.5 baths, for what you pay it's a steal (price was determined by combined income [read between the lines]). Washer/dryer hook-ups & facility provided. Great for low-income families, even better for college students. Located within walking distance to an abc liquor store, chatterbox nightclub w/ all you can drink thursdays and one awesome authentic chinese restaurant where you can get fully fed for 5$! oh, did i mention frankies wings, the best buffalo wing place in all of florida. Why the hell did i ever move'

Drawbacks- No hot tub, small pool,small porches, not quite bbq material, Masterbedroom is HUGE where as the other two rooms are designed for small children. Small children playing in the streets make one hell of a bumpy road.
