AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The best thing I ever did was move out of there!!!! The worst of the worst. Roaches, ghetto, maintenance, what maintenance' Save yourself the trouble and take my advice. Don't ever think about moving to this awful place. I moved from VA and the office staff assured me by phone that my apt was ready 3 months prior to my moving. After driving 14 hours I couldn't wait to move in to my new place. To my horror, the "maintenance" guys were in my apt the day I arrived installing carpet! No A/C and no help whatsoever from the staff. The apt had NOT been cleaned. The bathrooms were disgusting. Kids roam the neighborhood in diapers and no shoes, all hours of the day and night, and none are supervised by adults. The pool was closed almost daily because the apt complex would allow diapers in the water and didn't clean it afterward. I once had state workers come by taking a survey and they told me they were amazed because I was the only house that was not on gov't assistance to pay the rent.
