this place is horrible the police are here all the time. they never fix things they say they are going to fix.you will never get anybody in the office and i've only been here since Jan. a/c hasn't worked since the day we moved in. Oh yeah they didn't even tell us we had to pay a gas bill so we get a letter from the gas company telling us that they want to shut us off what the hell is going on here i need to know how the hell to get out of here.

I just moved from there over a month ago and I have yet to recieve my prorated rent from the 18th throught he 31st and the $500 deposit from them. I think I have to get a lawyer b/c they by law have to get our deposit back to us in 15 days! or let us know what the deal is in 30. This place is probably the worst place in Melbourne to live it is horrible to try to raise kids there b/c there are alwayd fist fighting and cops looking for convicts all the time!

oh my god..we fixing to move in there this weekend..well..it wont be for long..maybe 6 mths..and ill post another review
