I sincerely believe that rant was either promulgated or instigated by a person who was forcefully removed from the Board of Directors recently -- said person having verbally assaulted and harrangued persons looking at units for potential purchase in the very recent past. Sour grapes on steroids if you ask me, but then, considering the grossly immature behavior exhibited by the person I suspect, leading, not incidentally, to his removal from the Board, not exactly suprising. Take with a grain of salt if you ask me.
