Recently painted and pavement resealed,San
Paulo's appearance has improved in the last
year and a half.Among the other improvements are upgrades in the two laundry facilities
and newly purchased poolside furniture.
The location is both convenient and pleasant.
While being close to the Melbourne Square Mall and many other supermarkets and businesses,it is also shrouded on two sides by tranquil woods and small steep embanked river.
The people of the community range from students to retirees.Generally calm and quiet, there are those who should find compatible residenecy elsewhere......
Overall not a bad place to be....
